Wherever possible, we grow our own fruits and botanicals to ensure we always have the freshest ingredients to hand.
We take pride in selecting the best fruits from our Moel Famau Micro Fruitery on a sunny morning so we can capture the ripe flavours at their peak.
A variety of select seasonal flavours are available in 20cl and 50cl bottle sizes, which you can buy from independent retailers and our online store.
We care about the environment, working in harmony with nature using organic principles to grow and nurture our fruits, herbs and flowers.
We use a 10l column potstill which needs less energy to power and less water to cool down.
You will find no chemicals or additives in our drinks, just fresh fruit with herbs & spices, each flavour to our own unique recipe. Our bottles are returnable or reusable, we have compostable seals and plastic free packaging.
Everything is picked, prepared and crafted by hand on our own North Wales smallholding. We can boast a 5 star food hygiene rating and we are proud members of the Clwydian Food Trail.
Only traditional methods are used for each individual small batch, meaning we can maintain very high standards to ensure a quality product that captures each characteristic flavour in full.
